Four group companies of PUNCH INDUSTRY CO., LTD.（hereinafter Punch Industry)-PUNCH INDUSTRY MALAYSIA CO. LTD., PUNCH INDUSTRY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., PUNCH INDUSTRY VIETNAM CO. LTD., PT. PUNCH INDUSTRY INDONESIA are defined as the official distributors of Strömsholmen AB(Head office: Sweden, Tranås、hereinafter Strömsholmen). Thereby Punch Industry group will start to supply the products of Strömsholmen in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.
Strömsholmen has been in the business for over 130 years, and is one of the world's leading gas spring* manufacturing companies. They provide high quality and safety products (Brand-name: KALLER) under the corporate slogan "The Safer Choice". KALLER gas spring is designated as the original standard of many automotive companies, their sales volume is the largest in the market.
With this conclusion of the distributorship agreement, Punch Industry group will promote globalization by further expanding the sales of components for automotive dies in the Southeast Asia market while developing Southeast Asia strategies together.
* A gas spring is a component which performs the same function as a mechanical coil spring using nitrogen gas. Punch Industry group mainly deals gas springs for automotive dies.
